About the CEO
Maria Thompson joined Hoffman & Associates in 2015, and as President provides the leadership and strategic vision for the direction and growth of the company. Prior to being named President, Maria served as the Chief Operating Officer leading all operating divisions of the company, including projects such as The Wharf, The Westerly, Seaboard Station, West Falls, and Parcel B at Audi Field representing $6B of Hoffman & Associates' expanding portfolio.
With over three decades of industry experience, Maria has managed projects totaling nearly $10B in the DC Metro Area.
