VSRE was founded in 2023 by Chris Sutton, SIOR, and Carlos Velasquez, SIOR, who serve as the firm's Managing Principals. Together, they lead the company's strategic direction, growth, and commitment to delivering exceptional commercial real estate services.
With extensive experience in commercial real estate brokerage, development, and property management, Chris and Carlos have built VSRE around an entrepreneurial culture that emphasizes integrity, accountability, collaboration, and long-term client relationships.
The firm's executive leadership team also includes Mauricio Anderson, Executive Vice President, who helps oversee company operations, strategic initiatives, and the continued expansion of VSRE's service platform.
