Ease Capital - NY

About the Company

Ease Capital is an AI-native lending platform built for lower-middle-market multifamily, the $5MM to $75MM loan segment that large institutional lenders are not set up to serve efficiently. We originate, underwrite, close, and asset-manage bridge, fixed-rate, and preferred equity loans on behalf of institutional capital partners, including a global brokerage platform, a multi-strategy credit fund, and a leading alternative asset manager.

Our proprietary operating system, EaseOS, runs the full loan lifecycle, from screening and underwriting through closing and portfolio monitoring. Underwriting is grounded in millions of national data points on rents, sales, and operating expenses, which lets a small team review, price, and close deals faster and more consistently than conventional lenders. The platform has already deployed over $100MM with a single capital partner in a matter of months and taken loans through full cycle to payoff.

We are a venture-backed company headquartered at 110 East 25th Street in New York. The team is small, experienced, and building the infrastructure layer for a $500B+ market. This role sits at the center of that build: the person who makes closings and post-closing operations repeatable as volume scales.

CEO of Ease Capital

About the CEO

Ease Capital was co-founded and is led by Ryan Simonetti, a real estate entrepreneur with two decades across real estate finance and operating businesses. Ryan began his career at Lehman Brothers as a real estate banking analyst, then served as a vice president at Gramercy Capital Corp overseeing a billion-dollar loan portfolio, including the restructuring of roughly $600 million of hospitality-related real estate investments. He went on to co-found Convene in 2009 and built it into a global network of premium meeting, event, and workplace locations, raising more than $460 million along the way. He is also a Venture Partner at Revolution Growth and a graduate of Villanova University with a B.B.A. in Finance and Economics. At Ease, Ryan brings that mix of credit discipline and operator instinct to the problem of bringing institutional-quality lending to lower-middle-market multifamily.
