GIC Real Estate (GIC RE) is the global real estate company of the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC). GIC is a leading global fund management company and has a fund size of over US $100 billion. GIC RE is a global real estate investment manager wiht a multi-billion dollar portfolio of direct and indirect propeprty investments worldwide. Currently, it has investments in more than 25 countries. GIC RE invests in different property markets and types, including office, retail, industrial, residential, hotel, as well as private and public property entitles, such as REITs, property companies, real estate funds and debt. GIC RE has a total of 130 staff at offices in six financial centers around the work: Singapore (HQ), London, New York, San Francisco, Seoul, and Tokyo.
