Looking to fill position Commercial Loan Specialist. We are a Commercial Financing Brokerage Firm that is experiencing tremendous growth. In turn, we are receiving a high call volume into our office with clients who need to finance their commercial properties. The commercial financing industry deals strictly with commercial properties. This includes all property types including retail, office, industrial, apartment and any parcel zoned commercial. Our clients range from seasoned veterans that have been in the industry for 40 yrs to new investors that are starting with their first commercial property. Daily activities include: -speaking with clients that call into our office to determine if they are qualified -gathering information on the property being discussed -Once data is received - Analyzing data on the subject property to fit them into the best financial institution Office location: St. Louis, MO Required Travel: None
