Eastman Companies is a small, family-run, full-service commercial real estate company, in business since the late 70’s.  Our goal is to acquire value-added existing commercial properties and to develop new projects that include mixed-use and commercial properties. Our experience in many areas of building management allows us to provide services ranging from land development, acquisition, build-to-suit, leasing, asset management and property management. We manage nearly 2 million square feet of office, retail and industrial space, primarily in Livingston, New Jersey and its neighboring towns.
