Menin Development Companies, Inc. is a privately held owner, developer and manager of commercial real estate properties. Menin was founded by Craig I. Menin in 1985 in New York City. In 1995, the company relocated to South Florida, and in 2006, Menin completed construction on its new, permanent headquarters in Palm Beach Gardens. Just completed is the 350,000 square foot Downtown at the Gardens in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Tenants include a 16-screen Cobb Theatre, Whole Foods Market, The Cheesecake Factory, Urban Outfitters, Z Gallerie, Yard House, Smith & Hawken and Sur La Table. Also part of the development will be two condominium projects totaling 400 units, along with 225,000 square feet of Class "A" office space.
