MESA DEVELOPMENT is a privately owned real estate development company based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.  It belongs to the MESA Group whose main business lines include distribution, telecom, media, FB, real estate investment and development.  The company has done real estate investment for a long time, and it is just a few months ago that a Real Estate development was formed to develop these land properties.  MESA now has 10 projects ranging from a single building (35 storied, Class A Office building) to several 1800 unit high rise apartment blocks, small commercial projects (1-2 hectares), new townships (100+hectares) and resorts.  MESA is now aligning with several international financial firms, banks, AE and construction companies to develop these projects.  The economy of Vietnam is booming and real estate development is a hot and attractive area in the country
