The single most important differentiation from our competitors is that our entire firm is dedicated to portfolio account management for the corporate client. With eighteen (18) offices nationally and internationally, we are able to service our clients regardless of the scope or location of assignment. Since 9/11, many companies have looked to reduce real estate obligations through consolidations. Additionally, many are taking advantage of the low interest rates and sale-leaseback transactions in order to generate capital and restructure their real estate holdings. Our firm completed in excess of 1300 transactions in 2002 and has sustained continued growth in revenue over the years.
