The Praedium Group LLC

The Praedium Group is a real estate private equity firm focused on underperforming and undervalued assets in the office, multi-family, industrial and retail sectors throughout North America. Praedium was formed in 1991 with an international investment bank as its sole investor. Since launching its first commingled fund program in 1994, Praedium has sponsored a series of funds that have attracted investors that include public and corporate pension funds, financial institutions, insurance companies and endowments. Praedium is currently investing its most recent $900 million private equity fund, Praedium Fund VII, which will acquire more than $3 billion in properties. To date, Praedium has completed more than $7 billion in investments in more than 275 transactions comprised of 45 million square feet of commercial space and 55,000 multi-family units.
