Founded in 1991 and headquartered in New York, with offices in Chicago, Washington DC, Miami, Dallas and San Diego, Falcon's experienced staff assists clients in acquiring new properties, managing existing properties or portfolios of properties, and arranging appropriate mortgage financing.
Currently, Falcon has a portfolio of about 10 million square feet and, since inception, the company has completed transactions totaling about $4 billion.
