Regent Properties

Regent Properties is based in Los Angeles, California, and was established in 1989 by its Chairman Allen Kohl, one of the founders of the Kohl’s Department Store chain, and by Managing Partners Jeff Dinkin and Doug Brown. Since its inception, Regent has invested nationally across a broad spectrum of real estate assets and has also acquired, entitled and/or developed approximately 2 million square feet of retail, commercial, and mixed-use projects and 7,000 acres of master planned communities. Regent has acquired, developed and financed in excess of $1 billion in real estate transactions.
