Our firm is a result of nearly twenty-five years of experience in the field of real estate by the firms principle, involving appraisal  and consulting work, acquisitions, sales, leasing, management and development.

Armada Appraisal Company is a full service, comprehensive appraisal firm. Our appraisal experience ranges from simple residential work to complex commercial assignments. The company was established and has been established and has been in business since 1992. Our work is honest and diligent. We take great pride in our work product and can confidently attest to our commitment to excercise our best professional efforts as real estate appraisers. Presently we have six certified appraisers, all involved in commercial work while concurrently supervising residential work as well as appraiser trainees, plus support staff.
