Specific business lines include the brokering of short and long-term commercial real estate debt, mezzanine debt and equity into real estate transactions. In addition to mortgage brokerage, the firm also provides consulting services to private investors and works closely with existing pension fund relationships to procure new Joint Venture opportunities throughout the United States.
