Modern Real Estate is a new, full service Real Estate Office in the Denver Metro area. We do not subscribe to the “old way” of doing business with our agents. Modern Real Estate does not charge our agents 20, 30, 40 or even 50% commission splits. With every transaction you complete, Modern Real Estate will charge you a flat fee of $250.00. There are no hidden franchise fees or commissions. Keep the commission you worked so hard to earn.
