Full Spectrum is committed to “triple bottom-line investment and development” — good investment returns on projects that are good for the environment and good for the community. The firm has offices in New York City and Jackson, Mississippi with plans to open five regional offices across the US and in Western & Southern Africa over the next 5 years. The firm has been designated to develop or is developing over ten million square feet of residential, office, and retail space in New York, Central New Jersey, and the Gulf Coast Region. Closings on new opportunities in the Mid-Atlantic, Midwest and West Coast are expected over the next 18 months.
