About the Company
A privately held mortgage banking company with $4B in servicing, is seeking a loan closer with 3 to 5 years of experience closing loans for life insurance companies and CMBS lenders. The office is located in Brentwood (West Los Angeles) and you will be working with 4 experienced loan officers. This person will interface/coordinate with the lender, loan officer, and the borrower. Their tasks will include ordering/monitoring/problem solving of 3rd party reports, title, survey, estoppels, SNDA’s, zoning, and insurance. Salary and benefits are open for discussion.
