In the last 10 years, Tri-Land has been involved in the development, management, and leasing of more than 5.6 million square feet of retail space in 30 properties. Currently, the company owns and manages approximately 2.6 million square feet of retail space in 16 shopping center properties, located primarily in the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeastern Markets.
