Avidan Management, L.L.C., is a family owned and operated Real Estate Company with deep roots in Northern New Jersey. Doing business for over 40 years, the company specializes in Industrial/Commercial Real Estate development. Avidan Management, L.L.C., through its affiliates and subsidiaries, "the company" owns and manages warehouse and distribution facilities that serve the major population centers in the Northeast. Our focus is primarily on multi-purpose facilities, which are comprised of big-box, refrigerated, and flex buildings. The company's properties are strategically located next to major highways, airports, ports, bridges, tunnels and roadways providing easy access to the greater metropolitan area. These eleven facilities, which approximately 3 million square-feet of space, are our "core properties." As of February 1, 2008, our core properties collectively had 100 plus tenants and were 96% leased. Furthermore, we directly manage the operations and leasing of all of our core properties.
