Buchanan Partners, LLC is a full-service real estate development firm under the direction of Principals Robert E. Buchanan, Steven P. Hubert, and Brian S. Benninghoff. Since its formation in 1998, Buchanan Partners has purchased, developed or has in development, over two million square feet of commercial space and 600 acres of commercial land throughout the metropolitan Washington area. Buchanan manages pre-development design and analysis, site infrastructure work, leasing and sales coordination and provides property management services for its completed commercial projects. Base building construction and tenant build-outs are provided through its affiliation with Hubert Construction, LLC. Buchanan Partners is involved in both land and building development ventures. The company benefits from the design, development, contracting, marketing and financial experience of its personnel, and utilizes this experience to effectively negotiate and work with design consultants, contractors, local government and users. Buchanan Partners brings together an appropriate team experienced in the varied stages of development to make each project a reality, utilizing other affiliates when appropriate.
