About the Company
Peter M. Vilim and David R. Schwartz founded Waterton Associates in 1995 to acquire multi-family properties and other property types to which they can add value through re-positioning and renovation. Waterton has completed over 2 billion in real estate investments through equity joint ventures with major financial institutions, Wall Street investment banks, and pension funds. Since its inception, Waterton Associates has acquired in excess of 32,000 apartments in 99 properties in most major metro areas in the United States and employs over 450 people nationwide.
