Economics Research Associates (ERA), a wholly-owned subsidiary of AECOM, is an international consulting firm focused on economic, market and financial analysis for real estate development, economic development, and public-policy projects.  The firm assists private developers and public agencies in assessing the future outcomes of real estate projects and economic development plans.  Since its founding in 1958, ERA has completed over 17,000 assignments and, in the process, has made important contributions to some of the world's most innovative and successful development projects.  Our projects span the globe and range from repositioning single land uses to developing new towns planned over 30 years.  ERA has offices in Los Angeles; New York City; San Francisco; Washington, D.C.; San Diego; Chicago; and London.
