Nexus Development Corporation has an immediate opening for an ambitious, self-starter & energetic person for a Retail Property Mangement position. This individual must possess a minimum of five (5) years experience in Retail Property Management and will manage a 450,000 SF multi-tenant center in North Phoenix. Duties include: managing the day-to-day operations, the financial management of the property, tenant retention, building maintenance and staffing as well as implementing efficient operating procedures. Responsible for the annual operating budgets, operating expense estimates & reconciliations. Must be knowledgeable with Yardi Genisis Accounting Software. Excellent benefits & compensation package.
