Ojala Holdings, LP (“Ojala”) is an opportunistic real estate company dedicated to acquiring, developing, and redeveloping multifamily residential and very select commercial assets (urban self-storage), using best-in-class practices in markets that typically draw fewer competitors. Ojala seeks ‘story-driven’ opportunities in secondary markets and niche opportunities in primary Texas markets. Ojala’s investment strategies are designed to achieve the dual core objectives of (i) delivering outsized returns and (ii) constantly minimizing risk. We achieve these goals by staying true to our investment philosophy that emphasizes (i) avoiding the herd, (ii) being hyper-focused on underlying real estate fundamentals, and (iii) respecting the cyclicality of the business. Ojala’s real estate portfolio is valued in excess of $200 million, inclusive of 3 projects currently under construction as well as an additional 3 in pre-development.
