MFIQ’s equity purchase/partnering structure de-levers the property and leaves the current management in place with proper incentives to perform. MFIQ receives cash flows that are indexed to the property’s local rent inflation. MFIQ creates wealth by purchasing property cash flows at the private market PE ratio (private market Net Asset Value) and issuing shares that trade at a higher public PE ratio (public premium to NAV).
