Landmark Partners is a real estate and private equity investment firm specializing in acquiring interests in private partnerships through secondary market transactions as well as through direct investments.  Formed in 1989, the Company has successfully raised 26 funds capitalized at more than $7.7 billion focused on real estate as well as venture capital, mezzanine and buyout partnerships. The Company recently had its first closing for its fifth real estate secondaries fund and is also raising capital for primary real estate investments.
