Braun Enterprises was founded in 1989 as a small brokerage and investment company specializing in multi-tenant industrial projects. Currently, Braun Enterprises’ portfolio consists of over 1,000,000 square feet of office warehouse, retail centers, and office space that serve hundreds of national, regional and local tenants. Additionally, Braun Enterprises has procured multiple land tracts for industrial and retail development to take place in the future.
The mission of this company has always been to build long lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with our investors, tenants, and vendors. Our philosophy is to be hands on in all respects of our business and we find that it is our personal interaction with our clients that sets us apart. Given our hands on approach, thusfar it has been beneficial to keep our expansion focus on different locations within the Greater Houston area.
