At the present time, The Alison Company is a servicing correspondent with regional representation for the following lenders: GE Financial Assurance (GEFA), Southern Farm Bureau Life, Lafayette Life, StanCorp Mortgage Investors L.L.C., The Hartford, Life Insurance Company of the Southwest, Starr Mortgage Investment Company and Omaha Woodmen Life Insurance Society and is the exclusive Orange County correspondent for ARCS Commercial Mortgage, the nation’s largest FNMA/DUS originator. The Company also maintains preferred relationships with other life insurance companies and CMBS lenders.
