About the Company
Pantheon Properties, Inc is a privately owned vertically integrated commercial real estate investment and operating company based in New York City with strong property and asset management capabilities as well as extensive leasing expertise. Institutional and private investors as well as high net-worth individuals are among its equity capital sources. Pantheon’s principal Kenneth Cohen has over 20 years of experience owning, operating, managing and developing commercial property within the New York City metro area. He has acquired, owned, operated and managed approximately $100 million of investment property representing over 30 property acquisitions and/or developments. Pantheon is currently seeking to make strategic investments in industrial, flex/office, retail, and office properties across the United States.
