Heritage Health & Housing, Inc.

Heritage Health Housing provides enriched housing, medical and dental services, counseling, education, training, employment and community support to the residents of Upper Manahattan and the South Bronx, particularly individuals with special needs, including the mentally disabled, substance abusers, persons living with HIV/AIDS, recently released ex-offenders, the homeless and the elderly. In addition, we provide needed community services including health care, food services, and neighborhood economic development. Our mission is to continue to expand and improve the efforts of our Board, staff and consumers to serve our communities using avaiable resources to fill gaps in needed services, to enhance community and social empowerment and to help everyone reach the greatest potential of which he or she is capable of.
