Since its founding in 1989, the company has acquired, developed and financed approximately $2 billion in real estate transactions nationally encompassing almost 3 million square feet of retail, commercial, residential and mixed-use projects and 10,000 acres of master planned communities. Since 2008, Regent Properties has invested over $200 million in a variety of real estate assets, including bank notes, and REO, land, residential, retail and office projects.
