About the Company
We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to perform a broad range of property management administrative duties for our office in Loveland, Colorado. This role will be responsible for tenant contractor management, assisting with the development, monitoring, and maintaining of operating expense budgets, administering the certificate of insurance program, and coordinating commercial construction projects.
The successful candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, communication skills, and a minimum of 4 years experience in Commercial property management, managing vendors including Commercial construction, and understanding/interpreting financial statements budgets. Experience managing Commercial Associations, tenant relations, and insurance programs preferred.
