The Bainbridge Companies is a leading owner, developer and manager of luxury multifamily apartment communities in the Eastern United States. Bainbridge is headquartered in Wellington, Florida, and Bethesda, MD with regional offices in Cary, NC, Orlando, FL and Atlanta, GA. A New York City office opening in the near future. Bainbridge currently employs over 250 associates in Florida, Georgia, Virginia, Maryland and North Carolina.
We manage approximately 9,000 apartment homes in 30 communities.
