The Pinkard Group is a real estate company that invests opportunistically across the spectrum of property types in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. The company seeks to acquire, strategically reposition, and ultimately sell properties when the value has been created, thereby generating attractive risk adjusted returns for the firm's investors.

The Pinkard Group's strategy is to identify and purchase properties in the Washington region that will outperform the market in both upward and downward trending cycles. While agnostic to property type at any given point, the primary areas of focus are office, residential, mixed-use, hospitality and land. The strategy is to identify properties where previously unrealized value can be unlocked.  The firm is currently investing The Pinkard Fund I, a comingled fund for high net worth investors.
