This position is based in our Arlington, VA, headquarters, and will play an integral role in sourcing and executing both principal and third-party development projects nationwide. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience, or comparable exposure, within a commercial real estate development firm, general contractor, construction management company, or a related field. This individual must be highly proactive, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills are essential.
