We’re a collaborative, growth-minded team committed to making an impact through purpose, performance, and people. Position Summary The Vice President of Acquisitions will lead Viking Capital’s national multifamily acquisitions strategy and oversee the full deal lifecycle from sourcing and underwriting through due diligence and closing. This senior executive will guide all acquisition initiatives while mentoring a growing team of analysts and coordinators. This position is based in our Arlington, VA, headquarters, and will play an integral role in sourcing and executing both principal and third-party development projects nationwide. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience, or comparable exposure, within a commercial real estate development firm, general contractor, construction management company, or a related field. This individual must be highly proactive, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills are essential.
