Senior Property Manager

This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing company in one of the hottest sectors of commercial real estate.
Reich Brothers, LLC is a national firm that owns and operates over 6 million square feet of industrial space and is poised to significantly grow the portfolio over the next three years.

The Senior Property Manager will be responsible for the operational oversight and the financial performance of a portfolio of assets. 

Responsibilities include:

Preparation of annual operational and capital budgets for individual properties.
Analysis of monthly financial reporting and resolution of any variances or irregularities.
Review of tenant monthly billing and annual CAM adjustments.
Provide proactive suggestions to the Asset Management team.
Maintenance of properties, with an eye toward improving the marketability of sites and reducing static operating expenses.
Oversight and hiring of onsite personnel and third party providers- be a team leader of same
Preparation of "scope of services" for contract service providers and related negotiations with vendors.
Manage tenant and improvement projects in support of the construction management department
Support and participate in leasing activities at the properties.

Skill set:

Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 5 years experience in property management - industrial experience a plus.
Proven ability to successfully handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to accurately complete projects in a fast-paced environment.
Be highly organized and be a forward thinker.
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Yardi
