- You have been working as a broker or advisor in real estate capital markets for a few years and have a solid (and growing) book of business
- You are feeling the pressure on both sides - more relationships means more business, but it also means more paperwork and administrative tasks - you just wish there was some more support
- You have had to design your own deal management workflow because the firm you work at just doesn't get how to build tools that actually make your life easier
- You are excited by new technology, try new things, explore new ideas, and start businesses
- You would like to build a sustainable, profitable business that serves customers first and foremost
- You believe that the future of commercial real estate finance is different than how the industry is currently operating, and you think you know what it should look like. Even further, you believe you can help move the industry there
- You operate collaboratively and productively in a team, and enjoy working with other smart and hard-working people
