Description
Owns and champions the project management, layout, content and design of presentations and training on Liquid Galaxy. Works directly with our Field Research, Sales Management, Location Intelligence and Marketing colleagues to complete presentations and tours for the local office. Engages as part of a growing national group of Liquid Galaxy experts where collaboration and sharing of best practices are expected.
Liquid Galaxy is an immersive visualization tool that allows for 3D geospatial flight in a large-format viewing environment. It combines Google Earth imagery, video/graphics overlays, 3D renderings and pre-programmed flight paths to create a dynamic presentation experience.
Produces graphic design artwork using the CBRE brand to support presentation efforts in Liquid Galaxy
Partners with the marketing design team to create customized, client-branded graphics for use in business development presentations in Liquid Galaxy
Google Earth mapping skills to create presentations and tours
Works with other digital and web-based CBRE programs as appropriate
Demonstrates Liquid Galaxy to internal and external clients
Helps troubleshoot technical issues as needed

No formal supervisory responsibilities. May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to coworkers within a work unit and/or project. Presents new ideas to members of the team.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of related experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively present information to internal clients at various levels
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret documents
Ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to different situations
OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES
Intermediate skills in Adobe Creative Cloud
Familiarity with HTML, Sharepoint and/or other CMS platforms
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
Experience with Google Earth, KML files, GIS skills and content management systems highly desired
Self-starter with a service-oriented, can-do attitude
Ability to self-manage and a desire for ownership
