We are a New York based Real Estate investment firm looking to hire an analyst to be focused on Acquisitions and Asset Management. Our firm specializes in acquiring value-add office properties throughout the country. We are ideally looking for candidates with 3+ years of real estate experience.
Responsibilities / Skills:
- Interface with investment sales brokers and gather pricing and other information on potential investment opportunities.
- Perform with cash flow analysis and due diligence for new investments
- Underwrite and present potential opportunities to decision makers
- Prepare various analytical tasks, frequently involving excel spreadsheets, relating to accounting and asset management
- Maintain and organize deal flow
- Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and sellers throughout the United States.
- Role entails travel
- Excellent Excel Skills – Argus is a plus
- Must be a motivated, highly organized, detail oriented and self-directed individual with Strong verbal and written communication skills
