Description


LT Executive Search is seeking an Analyst to work closely with the acquisitions team and pursue value-add investments in all asset classes. This is both a qualitative and quantitative position therefore strong math and written skills are necessary. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of buy side experience and outstanding argus and excel proficiency. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Lead the process of putting together investment summaries.
  • “Quarterback” the deal closing process, including coordination of diligence etc.
  • Prepare and update financial models for prospective investments and existing assets (as needed) including sensitivity analyses, various leverage structures and joint venture structuring.
  • Work with team members in the analysis, documentation and execution of various capital transactions, including acquisitions, partnerships, financings, development programs and ultimate exit opportunities.
  • Prepare internal and external presentations and memos regarding new deals and existing deals (as needed).
  • Analyze market research to evaluate prospective new investment opportunities.
  • Interface with internal and external parties, such as joint venture partners, leasing/sales brokers, lenders, accounting teams, legal counsel and consultants as needed.
