Acquisitions and Asset Management

Amity Companies LLC is an entrepreneurial real estate private equity firm focused on investing at both the corporate and asset levels. Along with our institutional and high net worth capital partners, we’ve been responsible for ~$200mm of equity investment since late 2019 ranging from platform-level growth equity to acquisitions of value-add multifamily.

We pride ourselves on sophisticated financial structuring while also understanding the grassroot operations of real estate. We are looking for a hard-working individual to join our acquisitions and asset management team. You would work closely with the firm's principals preparing financial analyses; leading due diligence; arranging closings; and asset managing closed deals.

Much of our work involves affordable/workforce housing, niche asset classes, and/or special situations. Although not required, the ideal candidate has had some exposure to multifamily investment / asset management; familiarity with deals involving Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC); or investment banking/corporate investment background.

Compensation to be based on experience and success. We are based in Greenwich, CT. Full-time and Contract options will be considered.
