A leading professional services firm is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead marketing plans and goals for its commercial real estate industry group.
This position is responsible for creating and executing a marketing strategy, marketing campaigns, and performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams. Ideal candidates will have a strong marketing background and experience within the commercial real estate industry.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute marketing initiatives, events, materials and other activities
- Manage the marketing proposal process by working closely with industry group
- This includes responding to RFPs and pitches, conducting research, and preparing pitch materials and presentations
- Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads, including events, sponsorships, advertisements and speaking opportunities
- Collaborate with other teams to promote service areas for the commercial real estate industry
- Inform clients and prospects of services through creative marketing strategies
- Track performance of all marketing campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years' experience of business development or marketing in the commercial real estate industry (construction, architecture)
- Demonstrated strength in interacting and communicating effectively with all levels within and outside of the firm
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and results-oriented
- Strong verbal, written, project management and organizational skills
- Some travel may be required
