Responsibilities:

The Vice President/Client Capital Management Officer will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with institutional investors in the U.S. defined contribution channel (including corporate and public Defined Contribution plans, OCIO firms, target date fund managers, DC consultants and recordkeepers), and executing new business opportunities on behalf of the Firm. The individual will also support outreach efforts in the Insurance channel.

Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Identify new investment opportunities for Company strategies by leveraging the broader Company distribution platform.
  • Organize, implement and track multiple prospecting campaigns while analyzing and reporting ongoing effectiveness to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain targeted marketing materials for various outreach campaigns.
  • Pre qualify meetings with investors to ensure product fit based on investors investment objective; provide continuous feedback to investment team(s) to ensure Company products are aligned with investor demands
  • Work across Company business segments to manage sales process from prospect to closing including diligence, documentation and onboarding.
  • Assess competitive offerings and Company's product positioning; actively participate in product development ideas and discussion around product refinement
  • Maintain general knowledge of Company's overall product line-up and fluency with the firm s real estate investment outlook in order to effectively communicate to potential clients
  • Attend industry conferences to represent Company
  • Coordinate responses to investor requests, RFPs and consultant questionnaires
  • Collaborate with appropriate departments to direct client on-boarding and ongoing investor communications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree required; Minimum 6+ years of experience in investment, product management or distribution of institutional real estate strategies
  • Highly organized; meticulous attention to detail with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Experience managing complex marketing initiatives across large organizations
  • Self starter, strong work ethic, and collaborative nature
  • Extensive Travel required
