General Responsibilities:

• Support Multifamily Investments team with all aspects of managing the multifamily real estate portfolio.
• Data entry related to the creation and maintenance of internal databases.
• Run reports from various 3^rd party sources on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis to facilitate performance reporting.
• Assist in preparation of annual budgets.
• Assist in creation of presentation materials and communications sent to investors and executive management.
• The ideal candidate would be one that has a natural curiosity for analyzing numbers and determining “the story” driving those numbers.

Position Requirements:

• BS/BA in Business, Accounting or Finance.
• 1 year of analytical experience, or relevant internship experience.
• Knowledge of investment return concepts/calculations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
