What do you need to be successful in this role?

  • 5+ years of professional work experience coaching and leading teams
  • Ability and willingness to travel on a regular basis to our offices.
  • 1-3 years of commercial real estate experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal and non-verbal (the ability to “read” people and anticipate unspoken needs is hard to teach, but very important in this business)
  • An engaging personality who can work with a variety of people, conduct meetings with clients, and build rapport with prospects.
  • Sense of urgency and natural ability to triage emergencies.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks (because much is going on at any one given time)
  • Highest level of ethics and true commitment to always do the right thing.
  • The ability to close a long sales process.
  • Understanding of financial data.
  • Basic computing skills, specifically MS Office.
  • Professionalism, drive, and eagerness to learn.

Core Responsibilities

  • Sales coaching and leadership
  • Support the sales force and head of sales via the following:
    • Assisting in recruiting
    • One on one coaching
    • Team coaching
    • Joining team review meetings
    • Traveling to offices on a regular basis
    • Creation of sales content for training and development

Compensation

  • Base salary and bonus structure are dependent upon experience.
    • Typical year 1 total compensation ranges from $100,000 to $140,000
  • Eligible to earn annual firm-wide award trip.
  • IT setup (laptop/monitors/keyboard/mouse/MS Office software) provided by firm.
  • Ability to participate in our company health insurance plan.
  • Ability to participate in our company 401k plan.
