Description
The position presents a unique opportunity to learn public company funding strategies and management techniques by interacting with all departments within the company (i.e. MF, retail, office, loan financing, legal, accounting, marketing, debt capital markets, equity capital markets, asset management and senior management). The Analyst will be supporting the VP of Finance and other members of the company by providing both analyses and input which will determine major company decisions and direction. The position allows the Analyst to be exposed to various roles and positions within the company.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills / Requirements:
- Degree in in real estate, finance and/or accounting; 1-4 years of experience
- Works well with various groups within the organization
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Well organized and great attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel with experience in Yardi preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and willingness to work extended hours when necessary
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Leading PAC’s corporate earnings model
- Creating financial & dividend analyses, IRRs, cost of capital
- Evaluating PAC vs. peer REITs
- Working closely with senior executives at PAC, including CEO and CFO
