Description
ETCO Homes is seeking to fill the Financial Analyst position within the next 30-days. This position will include interaction with company principals, as well as land acquisition, entitlement, project management, accounting, sales, and purchasing departments.
Key qualifications shall include, but not be limited to:
- High proficiency in Excel and financial modeling (i.e., Cashflow/pro forma, etc.).
- Strong understanding of real estate finance concepts and real estate development overall.
- Minimum 2 years’ post-graduate experience at real estate development firm, asset management firm, and/or private or public investment firm.
