As Entera enters its next growth phase, we’re looking to hire a General Manager, Real Estate Operations, who will be responsible for developing and scaling Entera’s Negotiation and Transaction Operations by leveraging Entera’s technology platform. As an operational leader and business owner you will be helping the company transform the future of home buying. You will own the ideation and execution of strategy, work to improve daily operations by driving growth and simultaneously ensure a delightful experience for both sellers and buyers. You are expected to constantly improve efficiency and drive growth while managing the overall operations of the Negotiations and Transaction Service across the country. What You’ll Do

  • Be an inspirational and tactical leader of real estate transaction operations to scale. 
  • Review current organizational structure and drive changes that will position for productivity and scaling - that ensures that we continue to deliver best-in-class service as we grow.
  • Own strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity and efficiency throughout Entera’s real estate operations.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience: you’ll work with your team to build and implement processes that continue to inspire trust, from the moment a client first connects with Entera. You’ll be relentless about reviews and customer feedback.
  • Implement processes and systems that will generate higher productivity and revenues.
  • Interact regularly with the executive team and individual department heads to ensure that company’s operational priorities are aligned with total company direction.
  • Hire and manage a local and national team. You’ll monitor team productivity, manage them to goals, and drive workplace and cultural norms that align with our company values.
  • Provide coaching and development to your team; build the Entera culture and work environment to sustain growth through our values and leadership principles
  • Deliver training as necessary to open new markets, launch new initiatives and or address market opportunities
  • Complete other duties as assigned

 

Who You Are 

  • A proven leader with a track record of inspiring, building and managing a multi-state based service team
  • Investment Acumen – You have knowledge of key drivers of profitability when buying and selling homes
  • Residential Real Estate Market Knowledge – You know the intricacies of the residential real estate market- including seasonality, and general market nuances like brokerage/industry environment
  • Excellent organizational and impeccable communication skills both written and verbal
  • Able to influence in a highly cross-functional environment
  • Experience managing and motivating your direct reports and field teams
  • Comfortable with adopting new technology
  • In depth knowledge of the entire real estate transaction process

You should have:

  • At least 10+ years of experience in metrics-based operations or general management
  • At least 7+ years of experience running a business or business unit
  • Experience leading a cross-functional team, including working closely with operators
  • Experience working and leading a team of 50+ in a high-growth company
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities - capable of motivating and inspiring a team to hit aspirational targets
  • Passion for real estate
  • Understand how to grow a team
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time as we launch adjacent markets
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in Real Estate or the Mortgage industry preferred
