Managing Director, International Real Estate

The State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio is seeking a Managing Director, International
Real Estate to manage the international real estate programs. Under the direction of the Director
of Real Estate Assets, this position will analyze and make recommendations on specific investment
opportunities, monitor and provide periodic reports of international real estate markets
and the macroeconomic factors influencing the sector. This position will also direct, oversee
and monitor third-party manager(s) and develop and implement strategies based upon macroeconomic
factors, asset class fundamentals and risk analysis to ensure the performance of the
private equity real estate portfolio exceeds its benchmarks over the long term.
