The Finance department is looking for a Business Analyst, who will perform critical data analysis and process support related to billing and contracts on a daily and monthly basis. This individual will work on the Billing Operations team, providing structured data, quantitative insights, and project leadership to drive business results. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with internal and external partners to gather process requirements and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.

The Finance department is looking for a Business Analyst, who will perform critical data analysis and process support related to billing and contracts on a daily and monthly basis. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Run various data-driven processes in support of billing and contracts operations.
- Track KPIs, develop and present metrics to tell the success story of our team and our projects.
- Design QC queries and lead daily QA process.
- Develop, audit, and improve process documentation around new and existing operations.
- Identify process deficiencies and develop corrective action plans.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proficiency writing and working with SQL scripts and MS Access processes
- Advanced skills manipulating and preparing data in Excel.
- Organized thinker and excellent communicator, verbal and in writing
- Able to prioritize effectively, and to balance multiple projects with concurrent deadlines.
- At least 1 year of related experience in a large and dynamic corporate environment.
